I'm just about out of product so I thought I'd write an honest review.
I was immediately very impressed by this products, because I instantly saw a reduction in acne within the first couple days of using it. Unfortunately on the 3rd or 4th day my skin got very irritated. I thought I was having an allergic reaction. I had dry itchy patches under my eyes and on the corners of my mouth.
I emailed drmtlgy and they said that basically my skin would have to get used to the product. They suggested to back off and start with just once a week. That's what I did and my skin did get used to the product and stopped having that reaction.
I don't feel like I have particularly sensitive skin. And it wasn't a terrible reaction that left me with scars (and I scar very easily!)
I have PCOS, So breakouts are something that I felt like I would just have to deal with forever. This gives me some hope.
This stuff definitely works! The exfoliating pads may not be for everyone, because they feel pretty stingy. But I like stuff like that. The photos are after 2 months. But I'm just now barely running out of the product. I try to use them twice a day, but sometimes I only do once a day. I only use the exploiting pads once a day so they lasted me 2 months, and I still have more left in The face wash and serum.
I just added one of their vitamin c serums, to try to help with the scars and the beginnings of wrinkles. (Yes I have acne and wrinkles at the same time, thanks PCOS 🙄) Overall I am happy with this product and will continue to purchase and use it.

I have been using this for a few weeks now and so far I am really liking it. I have oily skin and hormonal acne thanks to perimenopause and it really has helped to decongest my skin pretty well. I still have gotten a couple cystic spots but it seems like they were able to clear faster than they would have before.
I like the fat this system seems to target acne from multiple different directions/ ingredients. I will continue to use!

I have been using this on my skin consistently for 2 years now. However you see results about a month into consent use. I would also pair this with some SPF. While this helped with clearing my acne and dark spots from acne SPF is what is really going to help keep the dark spots from forming when you get the occasional pimple. I highly recommend this product to everyone who struggles with acne. My skin looks and feels fabulous.

I bought this trio for my grandson who has pretty bad facial acne. He has tried multiple prescription topicals without success but immediately saw results with the drmtlgy products. Parts of his face are clearing up and we hope to have total clearing. So far so good. We are trying to avoid antibiotics and Accutane if possible. Fingers crossed.

The 24 hr serum in this is amazing! And the cleanser is soft and not abrasive. No weird smells either. The pads are a bit too tingly for me- makes me feel like someone’s stretching my skin all the way to the back of my head lol. I really love the cleanser and the serum.
