Can I sign my friend up for their own consultation?
Our 1:1 skin consultations are currently only available to select customers, but we hope to open this service up to more customers in the future.
Can I choose which Skin Expert I meet with?
Not at this time. Our appointments are set based on the availability of our experts. (But you’re in great hands, no matter who you’re scheduled with.)
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Follow the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel. We ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so that we can offer this slot to another valued customer.
