We want you to be happy with your DRMTLGY purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us via our contact page before 60 days of your purchase date*. We will then provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly handle your return without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of receiving an RMA number, otherwise refund will be forfeited. Returns without a RMA will incur a fee of 15% of the order total.
Simply return the unused portion and we will gladly refund your original payment method for the full amount, less shipping. If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
If you are notified that your package is delivered, but you have not received it, you must notify us within seven (7) days. After seven (7) days, you will be responsible for dealing with the shipping carrier, as we do not assume liability for missing or lost packages.
We recommend returning your item with a reliable carrier that includes tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
If your purchase was made on a card that is no longer active, we will only be able to issue store credit.
