an amazing gentle toner

A Fresh, Gentle Toner

I like the toner very much because it does not cause any irritation and leaves my skin feeling fresh. Some toners are harsh, make the skin peel, and leave the skin tight. This toner does not do any of this! Great for older skin, too.
