Not one, but FIVE TYPES of vitamin C dramatically transform the appearance of your skin by improving the appearance of hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and dullness. Boost your skin’s natural radiance and deliver an energizing boost of hydration with this unique moisturizer. Gentler than traditional vitamin C formulas, Vitamin C5 is ideal for both sensitive and non-sensitive skin.

  • 5 different types of self-stabilized vitamin C
  • Powerful antioxidants neutralize damaging free radicals
  • Less irritating than traditional vitamin C formulas

Vitamin C is important, as it is both preventative and corrective. Vitamin C neutralizes the damage caused by free radicals, which helps prevent premature aging. When paired with sunscreen, vitamin C can help fortify the strength of SPF. And in general, regular application of vitamin C helps brighten the appearance of dark spots and restore skin’s natural bounce.

Wonderful, EXCEPT for its fragrance

This Vitamin C5 moisturizer is wonderful EXCEPT for its fragrance. The added flowery scent is a bit nauseating to my senses (it does dissipate shortly after applying, thankfully). That being said, I would rather it have no fragrance whatsoever versus the current perfumey fragrance that it has now. Fragrance simply isn't needed; however, a citrus scent would make more sense (being a vitamin C product). As a new customer, and having purchased a stockpile of these vitamin-packed C5 bottles so I won't run out, of which I'm very happy to have discovered (what I hope to be my new "holy grail" moisturizer), SCENT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to the consumer . . . either too much and/or the wrong fragrance paired with a skincare product could really ruin the experience. I did pass my thoughts along to DRMTLGY's customer care team asking if they may consider either removing the current fragrance or possibly changing the fragrance to a mild citrus scent. OTHERWISE, I REALLY LOVE THIS MOISTURIZER . . . it's not greasy whatsoever AND it hydrates really well, even on the super-dry patches on my combination skin.

Perfect moisturizer

I was worried my oily acne prone skin would freak out and surprisingly it did the opposite. It moisturizes without greasy feel and has the benefits of vitamin C. This and peptide cream are my must have moisturizers

does not irritate skin

Typically Vitamin C products irritate my sensitive skin, especially since I have been using tretinoin. I gave this one a try and I am so glad I did - I use it in the AM and I love it - not irritating at all.

Loving for postpartum hyperpigmentation/dry skin

I was using the La Roche Posay Vitamin C cream but felt it lost its umphh toward the end of each tube. I made the switch to the C5 and have been loving it to help aide in my postpartum hyperpigmentation since I can’t use anything stronger while breastfeeding. I have dry/combination/dehydrated skin and this is a game changer for these cold winter months. I just bought the needless serum and can’t wait to see how these two work together.
